Do-Not-Exceed Labor Cap
Whenever we can, we place a Do-Not-Exceed cap on the labor portion of your move.
That means if your move takes longer than our capped time, you won’t pay extra labor beyond that limit.
Certain moves are too complex or unpredictable to fairly guarantee a cap in advance. If your move falls into that category, we’ll be transparent about it from the start and still provide our best time estimate.
Ask us about our Do Not Exceed labor cap. We’ll have a video call and determine if we can apply those terms.
